This small chopping knife is compact, easy to handle and perfect for quick and easy chopping of onions, garlic, herbs, nuts, chilies and more.

The high-quality hardened blade – which is rare for a mincing knife – is characterized by a particularly high and long-lasting sharpness. With beautifully crafted wooden handles, this hachoir looks good enough to take to the table.The handles ensure safe handling and an optimal transfer of strength.

This single blade chopping knife allows very precise chopping and perfect control over the coarseness of the minced goods. The Mezzaluna is handcrafted in Solingen, Germany and carefully sharpened by hand in a multi-step process, where the final honing is done by hand on the sanding belt. To retain its original sharpness, it is recommended to wash it by hand.
