Description

A knife full of emotion. Either for people from Hong Kong that now live anywhere in the world, or for Tourists who do not want to forget this impressive place. Our Universal Knives cut everything with utmost sharpness. Developed originally as Steak Knife for large man-hands it has become one of our most favourite products, simply because it makes daily life so much easier.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife – made in Switzerland.
Please wash by hand!
