金錢肚、豆瓣醬(辣椒、蒜、蠶豆)、水、鹽、糖、大豆油、花椒、魚露(魚類製品)、薑、花生、芝麻、香料
Tripe, Fermented broad bean paste(Chilli, garlic, broad bean), Water, Salt, Sugar, Soybean oil, Sichuan pepper, Fish sauce(Fish product), Ginger, Peanut, Sesame, Spice (生產此食品的廠房亦處理含有麩質的穀類,甲殼類動物、奶類、蛋類、魚類、花生、大豆及它們的產品 Produced in a factory where cereals containing glutes, crustacean products, milk, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, tree nuts and their products are also handled)
食用方法 Directions
整包加熱 Immersion: 除去外包裝袋後,將整份真空包裝食材放入熱水中加熱20分鐘至熟透。Put the pouch into boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.
直接加熱 Direct Heat: 將包裝袋裏的食材倒出至煮食鍋中直接用爐火加熱。Open the soup pouch, empty the content into a pot to reheat.
*實際加熱時間會因應爐具火力而有所調節,加熱後請即時食用及小心燙口
